Welcome to CK Fab. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.ckfabbumpers.com (the “Site”), and your purchase of products from CK Fab (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use this Site or purchase our products. 

 1. Use of Website 

  • The Site and all content, images, and materials are the property of CK Fab and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. 
  • You agree not to misuse, copy, or reproduce any part of the Site without express written consent from CK Fab. 
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion. 

 2. Product Orders and Specifications 

  • All products are custom-built and made-to-order. While we maintain an extensive library of blueprints for many makes, models, and years, variations may exist due to manufacturer changes or aftermarket modifications. 
  • CK Fab may contact you to request additional vehicle measurements to ensure a proper fit. You agree to provide accurate and timely information if requested. 
  • If necessary measurements cannot be obtained, CK Fab reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. 

 3. Pricing and Payment 

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. 
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  • Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or provided via a personalized shipping quote. 

4. Shipping and Delivery 

  • CK Fab provides shipping quotes after your order is placed. Shipping costs vary depending on location, size, and weight. 
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to delays beyond our control (including freight carriers, weather, or material shortages). 
  • CK Fab is not liable for any damages resulting from delays in delivery. 

5. Refunds and Cancellations 

  • Orders canceled prior to production may be refunded, minus any processing fees. 
  • Once production has begun, orders are non-refundable except where CK Fab cannot obtain the necessary vehicle measurements or specifications. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. 

6. Warranty 

  • CK Fab products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. 
  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. 
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may be subject to inspection by CK Fab. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, CK Fab shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to other property. 
  • CK Fab’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question. 

8. Intellectual Property 

  • All designs, images, logos, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of CK Fab. 
  • Unauthorized reproduction or use of CK Fab intellectual property is strictly prohibited. 

9. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CK Fab and its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana.  

11. Modifications to Terms 

CK Fab reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
